P.S. 77 seeks iPads for classrooms with highest-need autistic students to practice communicating and develop language and social skills.
Cost: $6,909 for 21 iPads
Location: P.S. 77, 62 Park Place, Park Slope
Who Benefits?
The iPads will serve about 125 K-21 students, particularly those with the highest needs in academic, social, and physical development, and those with severe language skill difficulties.
Project Description
The iPads will support students’ language development, helping students communicate with each other and school staff, and provide practice with social-emotional skills that help students adapt to the larger community.
